Airtel SIM Cards will be Delivered in Just 10 Minutes through Blinkit

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Bharti Airtel created history by announcing that it has partnered with Blinkit, a rapid commerce platform, to deliver SIM cards to its clients in Kolkata in as little as ten minutes. This is a first-of-its-kind telecom service that is currently available in 16 locations nationwide, with ambitions to expand over time to additional cities and villages. This partnership brings with it a major service milestone that enables customers to have Airtel SIM cards delivered to their doorstep within a mere ten minutes at a small convenience charge of ₹49. After delivery, customers can activate the SIM through a quick Aadhaar-based KYC authentication process and have the option to select from postpaid or prepaid plans or port their existing number to the Airtel network via MNP, with an online link and activation video to assist the process. Existing customers of Airtel can reach out for support through the help centre in the Airtel Thanks App, while new customers who require assistance can dial 9810012345. Customers are required to activate the SIM within fifteen days of receiving the same for a seamless switch. Commenting on the partnership, Siddharth Sharma, CEO – Connected Homes and Director of Marketing, Bharti Airtel, stated that at Airtel, making the lives of their customers easier is at the heart of everything they do. They are excited to work with Blinkit to deliver SIM cards to clients' homes in 16 cities in 10 minutes, and they intend to eventually extend this cooperation to other locations.
