The 'Pragati' event, which took place recently featured Zumba, Adi Yoga, and classical dance. Sujatha Ramalingam, a specialist in Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi, Kathak dancer Arpita Dutta, Dr. Ujjal Kumar Ghosh, the course director of the Asian Yoga Research Institute, Sangeeta Dev, Partha Dev, and dancer Priyasmita Dev lit a lamp to start the program. The Bharatanatyam dancing students from "Rhythmic Dancing and Fitness Studio"
performed "Pushpanjali Dance" to kick off the event. Students from "Kalasrshi Kalakar" and "Bhavna Centre for Dance" captivated the audience with their performances in Ardhanarishwar, Ranjanimala, Adhiparashakti, and Shankar Srigiri. The principal dancer of 'Rhythmic Dance and Fitness Studio,' Priyasmita Dev, planned and choreographed the entire performance. The audience was impressed by the rhythmic presentation of the Panchabhuta Tattva of the cosmos centred around Adi Yoga, which was led by yoga instructors Vikas Majumder and Deepshikha Mukherjee of
Rhythmic Dance and Fitness Studio. Thirty students, ranging in age from four to sixty, took part. "Light emanating from the source of darkness" is the title of the innovative dance that Priyasmita herself did on Goddess Kali. Sujatha Ramalingam and Arpita Dutta, two of Priyasmita's dancing instructors, also performed. Bollywood songs have a romantic theme when it comes to Zumba. The Vandana of Ganapati marked the conclusion of the advancement.
