News Desk, News Nation 360 : One of the top manufacturers of office and home furnishings in India, Godrej Interio, a division of Godrej & Boyce, a business of Godrej Enterprises Group, has successfully finished the interior design of the office and recreation block at Skechers National Distribution Centre (NDC). Skechers' first proprietary warehouse in India, which is noteworthy for being 18 meters high and one of the biggest facilities of its kind in the nation, is a major milestone in this endeavour. The total scope from interior design with construction to MEP in itself comprises a modern, inspiring office space with a grand reception lobby with a soaring double-height ceiling, cabins designed strategically with warehouse views, and a hook-like cafeteria that's completely captivating with its elements of design. The office encompasses an industrial feel with corrugated sheet cladding and an energetic play of colours and forms, along with the aspect of green building. Godrej Interio has a rich track record of executing over 1500 projects across industries, ensuring it provides innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces to clients like Skechers to support their growth and success in the Indian market. Situated at Narhen, Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai's Lodha Industrial Logistic Park Phase-II A1 Block, the project is 48,670 square feet in size. The responsibility of designing a creative and useful facility that complements Skechers' brand identity and operational needs fell to Godrej Interio's Design & Build Projects team. The project's principal innovation was the construction of an MS grid structure at 3.6 meters in height, which achieved the necessary 6.4 meters ceiling height while providing a useful area for service installation and maintenance.
