News Desk, News Nation 360 : The Piling work ceremony for Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd.'s largest Phenol plant in India has been started. Senior Haldia officials, including WTD & CEO Navanit Narayan, Executive Vice President, Head Plant, and Vice President, Head Engineering Sanjib Chaudhary, were present. Additionally, this is India's first purpose-built propylene plant using Olefin Conversion Technology (OCT), which will help HPL establish itself as the country's first fully integrated player in the phenolics chain. Along with senior officials, HPL CEO Narayan inspected the site and reviewed ground-level progress and preparations as the company moved closer to its ambitious goal of finishing the project by Q1 2026.
