ITC Nimyle Launches Clean Equal Mission to Promote Equality

News Desk, News Nation 360 : In Kolkata, ITC Nimyle, a home hygiene brand that is a household name, launched its Clean Equal Mission to advocate for equality in cleaning by spreading awareness and encouraging action among the next generation, working towards the problem of women being mostly responsible for domestic work through a first-of-its-kind educative module for kids to introduce cleaning as a shared responsibility regardless of gender, with the effort to make children grow up with independence, equality, cleanliness, and hygiene, because according to studies, children who do chores build self-esteem, empathy, teamwork, and independence essential for their future, and the launch event in Kolkata was also graced by the presence of actor Konkona Sensharma, Sanjay Srinivas, Vice President – Marketing, Personal Care Products Business, ITC Limited, Seema Sapru, Principal, The Heritage School, Kolkata, and Kiranmai Choudary, an educator and parenting mentor, who further encouraged parents to participate in an interactive workshop on Clean Equal, with the program leveraging interactive, engaging, age-appropriate educative content to motivate kids to take up responsibility positively, making it a partnership initiative between schools and parents to make children imbibe the concept of Clean Equal and become responsible human beings who believe in equality. Sameer Satpathy, Divisional Chief Executive, Personal Care Products Business, ITC Limited stated that ITC Nimyle's Clean Equal Mission embodies their commitment to promoting equality from an early age to effect positive change. One of the first domestic tasks that fosters pride, self-worth, and a sense of ownership is cleaning. We think that by fostering the principles of independence, teamwork, and empowerment in kids, this program will help them grow up to be more responsible individuals.
