After their talk, a broader panel discussion with notable figures from a variety of fields was held. Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Nourishing Schools Archana Sinha; celebrity mother Koneenica Banerjee; Dr Dulal Chandra Sen, vice-chairman of IDA East Zone; and Madan Mohan Maiti, chairman of the National Egg Coordination Committee (NECC) West Bengal. Speaking on the product launch, Ali Harris Shere, COO of Biscuits and Cakes Cluster, ITC Foods, stated that according to their consumer research, mothers view milk and eggs as necessary foods for children, but these foods are not particularly convenient for kids to eat on their own, especially when they are eating out. Though there are now no products on the market that combine the two, mothers still wish to give these nutrients. This inspired them to collaborate with their teams in charge of product development to combine these two vital food ingredients into a biscuit that is suitable for daily use.
