News Desk, News Nation 360 : Make Calcutta Relevant Again will be hosting Onyo Pujo, a Durga Pujo unlike any other, in association with Y-East and Hulladek Recycling. A student-led project called Onyo Pujo honours innovation, sustainability, and tradition via regeneration. By combining contemporary sustainability techniques with the cultural significance of Durga Puja, the initiative hopes to provide a unique Pujo experience that unites environmental responsibility with cultural legacy. DJ Teej, Co-Founder of HomeBound Wav, composed the Onyo Pujo theme song, Monta Re. Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson of Techno India Group, Priyasha Singhania, Chief Marketing Officer, Hulladek Recycling, Meghdut Roychowdhury, Founder, Make Calcutta Relevant Again, and Chief Innovation Officer & Executive Director of Techno India Group, and Pauline Laravoire, Co-Founder & CEO, Y-East And Sustainability Director, Techno India Group, were present at the song's premiere. Meghdut Roychowdhury, Founder of Make Calcutta Relevant Again And Chief Innovation Officer & Executive Director of Techno India Group stated that reimagining their ancient customs in a way that appeals to today's young and the environment of the future is the goal of Onyo Pujo. It's time to bring their legacy into line with the pressing need for sustainability. This project, in his opinion, will open the door to a more responsible and inventive future. Students from Ecole Intuit Lab designed the creative pandal for Onyo Pujo. This year's Onyo Pujo will feature the idol that Techno India Group students created last year out of leftover cloth, stretching the boundaries of sustainability and rebirth even further. These students have developed an amazing picture that represents the idea of regeneration by fusing their creativity with sustainable materials. This student-led project is proof of the influence that upcoming generations of innovators will have in reshaping customary festivities emphasising environmental awareness.
