The goal of the talent hunt, which will begin in Kolkata on November 23, is to find and develop the bright young cricket players from West Bengal—and, in fact, from any place in India. The gold dust at the end of the tunnel is full scholarships to YSCE's Advanced Training Program at the Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence in Kolkata's Merlin Rise - providing all-rounded coaching and
prospects for talented young cricketers from all walks of life, devoid of monetary constraints. YSCE looks to discover and nurture the future cricketing heroes from East India, tearing away all financial barriers. Yuvraj Singh Centres of Excellence (YSCE) is conducting a multicity talent hunt across East India to scout for future generations of cricketing talent. The talent search will be held in Bhubaneswar on November 9th, Patna on November 24th, Siliguri on November 17th, and Kolkata on November 23rd, 2024. Selected participants will be provided with full scholarships in YSCE's Advanced Training Programme at Kolkata. Designed with world-class facilities, Personalized Coaching, and a complete development plan, the programme shall impart technical skill building, sports psychology, fitness training, injury prevention, and player analytics. Based on these programs, YSCE envisions contributing to the growth of Indian cricket through the selection of equal opportunities for young cricketers based in East India.
