Ms Bengal's Valentine will take place on February 16 in Kolkata thanks to the efforts of "Swijit Productions" and the cooperation of the "Association for Global Women Empowerment" (AGWE). This event is far and away the most innovative of all the beauty pageants being held in the state at present.
