News Desk, News Nation 360 : Nephro Care India Limited (NCIL), which recently completed its initial public offering (IPO) with success, opened the 100-bed Vivacity Multispecialty Hospital at Madhyamgram in Kolkata, West Bengal. Estimates place the project's total investment at nearly Rs 36.51 crore. The net proceeds of the IPO would provide Rs 26.17 crore of this, with internal accruals funding the remaining amount. With the aid of an advanced range of diagnostic tools, Vivacity will provide patients in all major pathology disciplines with a comprehensive range of diagnostic services through a central pathological lab. Additionally, the hospital plans to provide cutting-edge dialysis services out of its 30-bed dialysis centre. The proposed clinical infrastructure of the facility will encompass an advanced operation theatre setup consisting of five modular operation theatres, a Minor OT, and a cath lab equipped with a HEPA filter and laminar airflow. With 100 inpatient beds, including a 30-bed Critical Care unit with ICU, HDU, RTU, and NICU facilities, the hospital is a part of Nephro Care India. Among the many
specialities that Vivacity will provide treatment services in are cardiology, medical oncology, gastroenterology, gynaecology, and many more, including an advanced renal transplant unit located in East India. It will be the first hospital of its kind in the east, with an ICU and smart OTs enabled by Al.
