Paytm UPI Expands Worldwide with the Launch of UPI International

News Desk, News Nation 360 : Paytm customers may now make UPI payments at a few overseas locations thanks to One97 Communications Limited (OCL), the firm that owns the Paytm brand. Paytm is India's top distributor of financial services and payments and was the first to introduce QR, Soundbox, and mobile payments. Travellers from India may now use the Paytm app to make easy, cashless purchases at locations that support UPI, such as well-known locations in the UAE, Singapore, France, Mauritius, Bhutan, and Nepal. This improvement enables customers to easily pay with UPI using their Paytm app for all use cases, including dining, shopping, and local experiences overseas. Paytm has launched UPI International, a feature that helps its users make seamless, cashless payments via UPI through the Paytm app at international destinations. Users can activate it once and attach it to any of their bank accounts. The application will automatically prompt activation whenever they scan a UPI-enabled QR code abroad, and they can customize the activation period and deactivate it anytime for added security. The users can view the exact foreign exchange rates and conversion fees during transactions. The UPI International service offered by Paytm empowers travellers to manage their spending at various international locations, such as Dubai, Singapore, Mauritius, Bhutan, and Nepal. The company has also launched the UPI statement download feature to enhance better financial management. Paytm offers other features such as UPI Lite, RuPay Credit Card linking, and auto-pay options for the convenience of a seamless payment experience. As a pioneer in mobile payments, Paytm continues to innovate and enhance user experience.
