News Desk, News Nation 360 : It was the annual sports and picnic of the Calcutta Journalists Club. The 'Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India, West Bengal State Unit' in Kolkata hosted a gathering of the group's members and their families on January 5. There were events for everyone from the very young to those over fifty in the sporting tournament. Thirteen activities, including sprinting, spoon shooting, balancing races, kicking the ball, hitting the wicket, and others, attracted over 120 contestants. Sports administrator Babun Banerjee, former football player Arjun Shanti Mallick,
former Kabaddi player Abhijit Palit, editor Imon Kalyan Sen, writer and journalist Shambhu Sen, treasurer Sadhana Das Bose, assistant secretaries Abhijit Bhattacharya and Sanjay Hazra, and Calcutta Journalists Club President Prantik Sen presented the prizes to the winners. On that day, there were about 250 individuals in attendance, including Calcutta Journalists Club members and their families.
