News Desk, News Nation 360 : In order to encourage distance running with TSK 25K, more than 400 students from BSS School engaged in fitness training and Zumba. Cricket legend Jhulan Goswami encouraged them to lead healthy lives from the sidelines. Jhulan Goswami, TSK 25K Ratna, 2023, paid a visit to BSS SCHOOL to raise students' awareness of the importance of fitness and health. emphasised her trip from Chakdah to Lords as well. Engaging with her and hearing about her lengthy and turbulent career left teachers and students equally enthralled. All great cities have road races, and Procam International is honoured and privileged to be the first to establish the running movement in Kolkata with the Tata Steel Kolkata 25K, which will take place on Sunday, December 17, 2023, under the auspices of the West Bengal Athletic Association. Prasanta Saha, Regional Director of Procam International stated that TSK 25K importance of mass participation in sports & also salutes their Brave Jawans by organising VIJAY DIWAS TROPHY for the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force. Students were given an explanation of the sports facilities by Sunita Sen, Principal of BSS School. Jhulan Goswami said that in today’s age, fitness and sports are equally important for the well-being of one’s mind and body, especially for students besides studies. Determination, discipline and perseverance must be maintained to reach whatever goal one has to set for themselves but for that one needs to maintain a healthy mind.
