Usha Restaurant's Dhakai Food Pop-Up Brings the Soul of Dhaka to Kolkata

that included eleven speciality dishes, each of which highlighted the distinct flavour of Bangladeshi cuisine. Uttorbonger Kesar Firni, Chattogram er Chingri Morich Polao, Cox Bazar's Roast Chicken, and Dhakai Kacchi Biryani are among the delectable items on the menu. Jay Ghosh, co-owner of Usha Restaurant stated that South Kolkata had its first taste of Dhaka's colourful flavours in such a spectacular fashion.
